Day 1: 0700-0800 Intros / Expectations
0800-0815 Why we do what we do
0815-0820 Historical Figure of the day and their importance
0820-0845 Group Workout (Outline the importance of physical fitness in men; its cultural relevance and challenging yourself)
0900 to Lunch-Station work (1. Tie a tie,grooming and dressing standards; 2 Writing a check-basic bank understanding-filling out basic tax documents and breakdown of jobs 3. Finding fun in education and being your best self

1300-1400 Station work
1400 Speaker- conclude camp-let out early
Day 2: 0800 Cold Plunge-group workout
0840-0845 Historical Figure of the day and their importance
0845-0930 Tool Lab-types of simple tools everyone should know
0930 to Lunch-Station work to show use of tools
(Stations will include use of simple handheld and mechanical tools, indoor and outdoor activities-such as basic gardening and basic framing and construction)

1300-1500 Basic emergency automotive knowledge
(Students will use jack and learn to check/change fluids as well as change spare tires)
1500 End of day Guest Speaker in Trades Field
Day 3: 0800-0900 Cold Plunge- Group Workout- Basic meditation
0900-0915 Historical Figure of the day and their importance
0915 to Lunch-Station work- Outdoor Survival skills every boy should know (making fire, filtering water, Identifying plants and wildlife, catching fish, cleaning animals)
*Group Map and compass reading lesson before lunch*

1300-1500 Survival Skills/Self Defense lessons-Students will engage in physical activity
As well as go over simple first aid-application of TQ-CPR-burn treatment and life saving measures on self and others
1500-End of day Guest Speaker- Military guest with involvement in the outdoor skills taught prior that day
Day 4: 0800-0900 Cold Plunge- Group Workout
0900-0915 Historical Figure of the day and their importance- Read and Reflect Passage
0915 to Lunch- Nutrition, Importance of food and its effects on body
*During this time students will also assist in cooking lunch as a big group and learn some recipes to take home with them*

1300-1330 Importance of Sports, Strategy and how to win Tactics
1330-1500 Pickup Flag Football game
1500- End of the day Guest speaker- Sports/Nutritionist
Day 5: 0800-0900 Cold Plunge- Group workout
0900-0915 Real Talk- Man’s Expectations in this world
0930 to Lunch-Group work- Household repairs including common electrical, plumbing and repair skills everyone should know
Lunch
1300-1400 Presenting one’s self lesson. Handshaking, eye contact, posture and learning how to conduct one’s self
1400 to End of day-NO guest speaker-rather each student will express their goals, aspirations, role model and what they care to do in this world
Everyday will end in Q&A and instructors are more then willing to help accommodate students individual needs
